RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
LAKE MINNETONKA COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION
2009 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Lake Minnetonka Communications Commission (LMCC)
provides cable television franchise implementation for member communities; and
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood is a member of the LMCC; and
WHEREAS, the LMCC budget requires approval of member communities; and
WHEREAS, the LMCC budget is independent of the City of Shorewood general
tax levy and is supported by franchise fees paid by the company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Shorewood, city council hereby
endorses and approves the 2009 LMCC budget as presented by Sally Koenecke at the
October 13, 2008 City Council meeting.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this 27t~' day of October, 2008.
