RESOLUTION NO. 08-0~~
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
BUILDING DEMOLITION PORTION OF THE
2008 WOODHAVEN WELL DEMOLITION PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for local improvements designated
as 2008 Woodhaven Well Demolition Project, City Project Nos. 08-01, estimates were
received and opened on October 22, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Veit Companies is the lowest
quoter in compliance with the specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract for $5,383.00 with Veit Companies, in the name of the
City of Shorewood, Project No. 08-01 according to the plans and specifications on file in
the office of the City Administrator/Clerk.
