SOLUTION NO. 09-009
A RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE LAKE MINNETONKA
COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION (LMCC)
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood annually appoints a Shorewood resident to serve as
City Representative on the LMCC Board; and

WHEREAS, the City advertised this volunteer board opportunity for appointment to said
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Shorewood hereby appoints Patrick Hodapp as City Representative to the Lake Minnetonka
Communications Commission (LMCC) Board for the year 2009.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 9th
day of February 2009.
