ORDINANCE NO. 52
An Ordinance Amending Ordi-
nance Number 19 and Amend
meet Thereto, Being An Ordi -'
nance Regulating the Regula-
tion and Keeping of Dogs With-
in the Village of Shorewood.
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Shorewood does ordain:
Section 1. That the following
section shall be added and become
part of Ordinance No. 19 and read
as follows:
Section 15 (a) That the person,
firm, or corporation designated
by the Village Council to enforce
this ordinance shall have the au-
thority to pick up and take into
custody those dogs found "at
large" within the limits of the vil-
lage as well as those dogs which
have bitten a human being and
hold said animals pursuant to the
terms of this ordinance.
Section 2. This ordinance shall
take effect from and after its pub-
lication according to the law.
