THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SHOREWOOD DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION I
The Uniform Building Code 'short
form 1973 edition, the Uniform Fire
Code short form 1973 edition, the
Minnesota Plumbing Code 1969 ed-
ition, the Minnesota Electrical Coale
current edition, three copies of which
are on file in the office of the city
clerk, are hereby adopted as the
Building Code for the City Of Shore-
wood for the purpose of regulating
the construction alteration, remodel-
ing, demolishing, repair and L1% of any
building or structure within the city:
Every provision contained in Yhese

codes Is hereby adopted and matte a
part of this rdiance as if fully set
forth herein, including the Tee for
construction or work authorized
under and pursuant to said codes."
SECTION 2
Ordinance No. 55 of the City of
Shorewood adopted June. 24, 1968
is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3
This ordinance shall take effect from
