A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTE AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
2009 PAVEMENT MARKING PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for local improvements designated as 2009
Pavement Marking Project, City Project Nos. 09 -06, quotes were received and opened on July 8,
2009; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Traffic Marking Service is the lowest
quoter in compliance with the specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Mayor and City Administrator /Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to enter into a contract with Traffic Marking Service, in the name of the City of Shorewood,
Project No. 09 -06 according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City
Council on file in the office of the City Administrator /Clerk.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 13th
day of July, 2009.
