Special Meeting Notice
• The Park Commission will be walking along Smithtown Road Saturday,
April 10, 1999 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Victoria border and will be
walking eastward to the regional trail until 11:00 a.m. at which time they
will meet briefly at the Minnewashta School, 26350 Smithtown Road,
Shorewood, MN. The purpose of this walk is to view and discuss with
neighbors the area along Smithtown Road which could be considered for a
trail, sidewalk or walkway. No actions will be taken by the Park
Commission.
A majority of City Councilmembers could be present for some or all of the
activities. Councilmembers will be present to listen and participate in
discussions, but no action will be taken.
