A Residential Community on Lake Minnetonka's South Shore MEMORANDUM CONSIDERATION OF PARK PLANNER /LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT Page two The Park Commission wishe to know if having a "Park Planner/ Landscape Architect" on r tainer would be a possibility. They feel that this would be a definate plus for parks in a number of ways: - one person would become familiar with parks, plans, and PCIP's. - they could do plans and specs on whatever is needed, prepare bidding documents, review quotes and bids, and make recommen- dations to Commissions and Council. - Chances are very probable that fees would be lower that present fees. - parks would be their specialty, therefore they would have more onsite experience. • :7 • MEMORANDUM MAYOR Jan Haugen COUNCI L Kristi Stover Robert Gagne Barb Brancel Vern Watten CITY OF SHOREWOOD 5755 COUNTRY CLUB ROAD • SHOREWOOD, MINNESOTA 55331 • (612) 474 -3236 TO: CITY COUNCIL FROM: SUE NICCUM DATE: AUGUST 25, 1989 RE: SILVERWOOD PARK QUESTIONAIRE Attached are two "rough copies" of the questionaire.
