1. Are you agreeable to having a short meeting on Tuesday,
February 6, 1990, to discuss the information received
from the "Park Planners /Landscape Architects?
The information is supposed to be in this office by the
lst of February, which is on a Thursday. Your meeting
would be on the following Tuesday.
2 Do you want to pick up the information? Have it delivered
by "yours truly "?
3. Enclosed you will find a sandwich menu from "Lightly
Epicurean ". Please respond to this also.
4. I have also enclosed the menu in the Council envelopes
in case any of you besides Vern are interested in sitting
in on the interviews.
