WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for local improvements designated
as 2010 Sanitary Sewer Repair Project, City Project No. 10-02, quotes were received and
opened on November 4, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Infratech Inc. is the lowest
quoter in compliance with the specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract not to exceed $8,285 with Infratech Inc., in the name of
the City of Shorewood, Project No. 10-02 according to the plans and specifications on file
in the office of the City Administrator/Clerk.
