RESOLUTION NO. 09-060
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood, City Council passed Resolution Number 00 -066 on

WHEREAS, Resolution 00 -066 authorized and directed the City Engineer and Attorney
to undertake and commence the acquisition of right of way along Vine Hill Road for an off road
bike and pedestrian trail; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has decided not to pursue the construction of this trail at
this time; and
WHEREAS, the subject property identified in the Resolution is described as the North 11 /2
of the NE' /4 of the NE 1 /4 of Section 36, T 117, R 23, Hennepin County, and State of Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, that Resolution Number 00 -066 "A Resolution Relating to Vine Hill Road Trail and
Right -Of -Way" is hereby rescinded.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD on this
9th day of November, 2009.
