June 19, 1978
is The meeting of the Shorewood Park Commission was called to order
by Chairman, John Breckheimer. Members present were: Lindstrom,
Breckheimer, Schmid, Stein, and Jean Raby.
JULY 3 MEETING CANCELED
Since the next regular meeting is rightfully scheduled for July
3rd, that meeting will be skipped and meetings will be held on
July 17th and July 31st
July 17th meeting will be held at Cathcart Park at 7:30 P.M.
PROPOSED PARK COMMISSION ME MBER
Don Goettelman came to the meeting and presented background in-
formation about himself.. This information is to be presented to
the Council for approval.
CATHCART BUILDING
John Breckheimer will be coordinator of the project.
Time Schedule
1) June 15th - All firm quotes should be submitted.
2) June 29th - Pre - construction conference of all the
contractors, attorney, engineer, Public
1b works superintendent Studer, Clerk Wiltsey,
Coordinator Breckheimer, Larry Blackstead
of Hennepin County.
3) Sign all Contracts
4) July 10th - Start project.
