Councilman Keeler also present.
Rxtensive .discussion regarding bid receipt from L.L. Brethorst
of Mound. Mn. regarding; labor for construction, concrete and
masonry work. Totals 2900.04• Need additional carpenter bid.

Excavating and Grading - Inspection, test of footings, etc.
Jim suggested price firms plotting a direct time schedulo and
presenting to the Council by next Monday. May 22nd. We need a
check from Engineer on soil b @rings, etc.
Motions by Judy McCusky, seconded by Win Drews, that we proceed
• with Vern Watten's proposal for the new building and accept L•L.
Bretherst' bid for concrete and masonry work. Motion
unanimously.
John Breckheimer will find source for a carpenter. Jim Robin,
also has e neighbor who does carpentry as a side -line. Ei,senrich
a. possible electrican.
Jim Rabin presented estimates and drawings for the construction
of the Bike Trail of $43, 0,00 from Bituminous' Roadways. Would
include two five foot pavements. Estimated plans are ready for
the Engineer including Village work of moving mailboxes and culverts.
Strips of >sub -grade would save approx. $9000.00. Totals 7400 sq•'
yds. of pavements.
This will be presented to the Council.
