thority granted by Minnesota
Statutes, Sec:im 41Y02, the of-
fices of Clark and Treasurer in
the Ifillagit of Shorewood, Hen -
nepin Coumty. Mkmeeota are
hereby emnbined in the Mice
of Clerk- 'treasurer.

COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ss CERTIFICATE TO ELECTION ON
VILLAGE OF SHOREWOOD OPTIONAL PLAN A
I, the undersigned, Clerk of the Village of Shorewood,
Minnesota, hereby certify that on the 13th day of September,
d "- 1966, the following question was submitted to the voters of
the Village of Shorewood at a special election held on said
date, to -wit:

"Shall Optional Plan A. modifying the standard
plan of village government by providing for the
appointment by the council of the clerk- treasurer,
be adopted for the government of the village?"
The vote on said question was _�yns /�` No. The
Proposal carried.
That this certificate is executed by the undersigned for
transmission to the Hennepin County Auditor and the Minnesota
Secretary of State in accordance with Minnesota Statutes so as
to formally notify said officers of the change in the form of
government for the Village of Shorewood. That Optional Plan A
will take effect January 1, 1967 upon the expiration of the term
of the present village clerk.
