RE SOLUTION NO. 09-067

FEES AND RATES
WHEREAS, the fees that residents shall pay to the city for the services and utility rates
shall be determined from time to time by the Shorewood City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the findings and recommendations of the
Comprehensive Utility Rate Study; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood that certain fees and rates are set as follows:
Description Reference New Fee
Water Service 903.09. 1 a $17.50/qtr 1" 5,000 gallons; plus
$2.95/1,000 gallons in excess of
5,000 gallons up to 50,000 gallons;
and $4.25 per 1,000 gallons in
excess of 50,000 gallons per
quarter.
Recycling Service $4.50 per month per household.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 7th day of
December, 2009.
