RESOLVED
That that part of Paradise Avenue as dedicated in "Birch Bluff ►,
and Manns Addition to"Birch Bluff" according to the recorded
Mats of same on file and of record in the Office of the Register
of Deeds in Hennepin County, Minnesota., that lies North of the
following described line. Commencing on the South line of Lot 4
in said Birch Bluff 23 and 7/10 feet easterly from the South west
corner of said Lot - THENCE Easterly curving to the Right along the
circumference of a. circle the radius of which is 944 and 2AO feet
to a point which is 12 and 5/10 feet south of a point that is on
the south line of lot 2 in said Birch Bluff and 41 and 9/10 feet
easterly from the south west corner of said Lot - Thence easterly
curving to the right along the circumference of a. circle the
Radius of which is 109 and 8/10 feet to a point that is 23 feet
south of the south line of lot ONE in said Birch Bluff and 9 and
8/10 feet easterly from the South west corner of said Lot-- THENCE
easterly in a straight line 25 feet to a point that is 34 and 5/10
feet south of the south line of lot One in said Birch Bluff - THENCE
easterly curving to the right along the circumference of a, circle
the radius of which is 280 feet to the north east corner of Lot 13
in above mentioned"Mann's Addition -
BE And the same is hereby VACATED
And that the portion of Lots 11 -12- and 13 in said Munn' s Addition
as deeded to the Township of Excelsior by deed dated Nov. 3, 1923
Be accepted and the premises therein conveyed be made 8. -oublic
highway for ever-
