A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING C NT ACT FOR
THE 2010 NELSINE DRIVE, MEADOWVIEW ROAD AND WILD SE LANE
STREET, DRAINAGE AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS.
CITY PROJECT NO. 10® 1, 10-02
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for local improvements
designated as the 2010 Nelsine Drive, Meadowview Road and Wild Rose Lane Street,
Drainage and Utility Improvements, City Project No. 10 -01, 10 -02, bids were received,
opened on April 7, 2010 and tabulated according to law, and such tabulation is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit Ag and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that W. M. Mueller & Sons, Inc. is
the lowest bidder in compliance with the specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Mayor and City Administrator /Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract W. M. Mueller & Sons, Inc. in the name of the City of
Shorewood, Project No. 10 -01 and 10 -02, according to the plans and specifications
therefore approved by the City Council on file in the office of the City
Administrator /Clerk.
2. That the City Administrator /Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except for the deposits of
the successful bidder and the next two lowest bidders, which shall be retained until a
contract has been signed.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD
