RESOLUTION NO. 10-021
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR OR CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO
EXECUTE A LICENSE TO ALLO INTILE CONNECTION INS IT T WN
ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood (City) has been petitioned to enter into a license
agreement to allow a draintile connection in the Smithtown Road Right-of-Way with Cliff &
Tena Brandhorst (Resident) of 27215 Smithtown Road; and
WHEREAS, in order for the City to enter into a license agreement, a License Agreement
with the Resident has been prepared, and establishes conditions for the use of such infrastructure.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Shorewood City Council
hereby approves and authorizes the Mayor or the City Administrator to execute the License
Agreement on behalf of the City.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this 10th day of May 2010.
