RESOLUTION NO. 10 -042
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 2009 SMITHTOWN LANE, HARDING
AVENUE, AND HARDING LANE ROAD RECONSTRUCTION AND UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 09-02,09-03
WHEREAS, on August 24, 2009, the City of Shorewood entered into a contract
with Northwest Asphalt, Inc. for City Project 09 -02, 09 -03, for the 2009 Smithtown
Lane, Harding Avenue, and Harding Lane road reconstruction and utility improvements;
and,
WHEREAS, the Contractor has petitioned for final acceptance of the project and
final payment based on work performed to date; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection of the project and
recommends acceptance and final payment be made by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
The City hereby does accept the work completed pursuant to said contract and
authorizes final payment to the Contractor, and all warranties shall commence as of the
date of this resolution.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD
