RESOLUTION NO. 10 -055
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2011 -2015 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council has authority for purchasing all equipment and ordering
all public improvement projects within the city; and,
WHEREAS, long -range planning for major purchases and capital outlays is necessary to
maintain the condition of city property and provide for affordable financing, and
goals,
WHEREAS, the proposed 2011 -2015 Capital Improvement Program advances these
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood that the 2011 -2015 Capital Improvement Program is hereby adopted.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 13th day of
December, 2010.
