RESOLUTION NO 11 -039
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE EAST WATER TOWER REHABILITATION
PROJECT, CITY PROJECT 05 -04
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood has entered into a contract with Classic
Protective Coatings. for City Project No. 05 -04, for the East Water Tower Rehabilitation
Project; and,
WHEREAS, the Contractor has petitioned for final acceptance of the project and
final payment based on work performed to date; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has made a final inspection of the
project and recommends acceptance and final payment be made by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
The City hereby does accept the work completed pursuant to said contract and authorizes
the return of the warranty bond.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this 11' day of
July, 2011.
