RESOLUTION NO. 12-007
A RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE LAKE
MINNETONKA COiMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION FOR THE YEAR 2012
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood annually appoints a Shorewood resident to
serve as the City Representative on the LMCC Board; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Ken Hendrickson, the current LMCC Board Representative has
indicated an interest in continuing to serve as the LMCC Board representative;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Shorewood City Council
hereby appoints Ken Hendrickson as City Representative to the Lake Minnetonka
Communications Commission (LMCC) Board for the year 2012.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 9`"
