CITY OF SHOREWOOD
STORM WATER POLLUTION
PREVENTION PROGRAM
(SWPPP)
A public meeting will be held on Monday,
January 23, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. at the City
of Shorewood, 5755 Country Club Road,
In the Council Chambers. The purpose
of this meeting will be to review the City
of Shorewood Storm Water Pollution Pre-
vention Program.
The Storm Water Pollution Prevention
Program Plan (SWPPP) is a document
required by the State and Federal gov-
ernment that outlines how the City will
work towards reducing pollution in rain-
water runoff. This plan will be reviewed at
the meeting and public comment re-
ceived.
Attendance from City residents is strong-
ly encouraged, as the City seeks your
comments into the Storm Water Pollution
Prevention Program. For more informa-

Shorewood City Hall, 5755 Country Club
Road, during regular business hours.
Any eligible voter who reasonably ex-
pects to be unable to go to the polling
place on election day in the precinct

because of absence from the precinct, ill-

An accuracy test of the Optical Scan Vote
Tabulator will be held in the Shorewood
City Hall, 5755 Country Club Road,
Shorewood, MN on Wednesday, August
8 at 9:00 a.m.
All interested persons are invited to at-
tend the test, which is given in prepara-
tion for the Primary Election to be held

CITY OF SHOREWOOD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Planning Commission of the City of
Shorewood will hold a public hearing in
the Council Chambers of the Shorewood
City Hall, 5755 Country Club Road,
Shorewood, Minnesota, on Tuesday, 4
December 2012 at 7:00 P.M. or as soon
thereafter as possible. The purpose of
the hearing is to consider a request by
Robert Finke for approval of a condition-
al use permit to allow accessory space in
excess of 1200 square feet on his prop-
erty located at 6060 Seamans Drive.
The legal description of the property is
"Lot 2, Block 1, Hendrickson Acres ".
