RESOLUTION NO. 12 -020
APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF INTERI_M CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK
WHEREAS, effective March 13, 2012, Mr. Brian Heck resigned as City
Administrator /Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted the resignation of Brian Heck, and
desires to fill the position of City Administrator /Clerk on an interim basis.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of
Shorewood does hereby appoint Director of Public Works Larry Brown as Interim City
Administrator /Clerk until such time as pennanent City Administrator /Clerk has been
appointed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Larry Brown is
authorized to execute all documents approved by the City Council on their behalf and as
such is authorized as a signer to execute transactions for all financial operations of the
city including bank and investment accounts.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Larry Brown shall
continue to discharge the responsibilities of the office of Director of Public Works.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this 26th day of March,
2012.
