RESOLUTION NO. 12 -049
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING PETER BECK AS A HEARING OFFICER FOR
THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD
WHEREAS, Chapter 104.03 of the Shorewood City Code provides for the
appointment of Hearing Officers; and
WHEREAS, Peter Beck, an attorney employed by the Gray Plant Mooty law
firm, has expressed an interest in serving as a hearing Officer for the City of Shorewood;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed Mr. Beck's resume and
qualifications;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Shorewood hereby appoints Peter Beck as Hearing Officer for the City of Shorewood.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD
