AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR LASERFICHE SOFTWARE
UPGRADE
WHEREAS, support for the current Laserfiche United Software may be ending in the near
WHEREAS, Laserfiche is offering a substantial discount to clients who upgrade to the
Laserfiche Avante Software;
WHEREAS, Avante provides a better licensing structure for staff users and the general
public; as well as upgrades to features such as Web Access; Mobile Apps; and Workflow;
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Equipment Replacement Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SHORE WOOD AS FOLLOWS:
The Equipment Replacement Fund is hereby amended to an amount of $6,460 for
this project.
2. Staff is authorized to purchase and proceed with the Laserfiche Avante upgrade.
