CITY OF SHOREWOOD
RESOLUTION NO. 13-004
A RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE LAKE
MINNETONKA COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION FOR THE YEAR 2013
WHEREAS,
the City of Shorewood annually appoints a Shorewood resident to
serve as the City Representative on the LMCC Board; and
WHEREAS
, Mr. Ken Hendrickson, the current LMCC Board Representative has
submitted his resignation as LMCC Board representative;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
that the Shorewood City Council
hereby appoints Joseph Huber as City Representative to the Lake Minnetonka
Communications Commission (LMCC) Board for the term February 1, 2013 through
January 31, 2014.
