A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS
AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT FOR
2014 PAVEMENT MARKING PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 14 -06
WHEREAS, on September 8, 2014, the City of Shorewood entered into a contract with
AAA Striping Service Company for City Project 14 -06, the 2014 Pavement Marking Project;
and,
WHEREAS, the Contractor has substantially completed the project work and has
requested City acceptance of the project and final payment for the work performed; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection of the project and recommends
acceptance and final payment be made by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
The City hereby accepts the work completed pursuant to said contract and authorizes final
payment to the Contractor, and all warranties shall commence as of the date of this resolution.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 26th
day of January, 2015.
