RESOLUTION NO. 15 -032
A RESOLUTION APPROVING INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE ON -SALE
INTOXICATING LIQUOR & SPECIAL SUNDAY SALES
WHEREAS, the Shorewood City Code, Sections 402.02, 403.05, 1300.01 and 1300.02,
provides for the licensing of the sale of intoxicating liquor in the City and requires a special
license for Sunday sales; and
WHEREAS, said Code provides that the applicant shall complete an application for a
liquor license, pay the required licensing fee, fulfill certain requirements concerning insurance
coverage, have a favorable background investigation;
WHEREAS, the following applicant has satisfactorily completed the requirements for
the issuance of a license for the "on- sale" of intoxicating liquor and for a special license for
"Sunday Sales ".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
That a License for the "on- sale" of intoxicating liquor and a special Sunday License for
sales be issued for a term of one year, from June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2016, consistent with
the requirements and provisions of Chapter 400 of the Shorewood City Code, to the
following applicant:
