RESOLUTION NO. 15 -078
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.4 FOR
2013 STREET DRAINAGE AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS - VALLEYWOOD LANE
AND VALLEYWOOD CIRCLE IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 13 -01
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood Council awarded the contract for the reconstruction of
Valleywood Lane and Valleywood Circle from Eureka Road to the west end to Minger
Construction, Inc. of Chanhassen, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Capital Improvement Plan provides $743,000 for the improvement project;
and
WHEREAS, Change Order Nos. 1, 2, and 3 increased the contract amount $22,023.45 and
were previously approved to construct the improvements; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 will decrease the project construction cost in the amount
of $53,844.98, from the current contract amount of $556,251.80 to $502,406.82.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood,
Minnesota:
Change Order No. 4 in the decreased amount of $53,844.98 is hereby approved.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 9th day
of November, 2015.
