RESOLUTION NO. 16 - 006
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING CITY STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS AND
DETAIL PLATES FOR STREET AND UTILITY CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, recent updates to the Minnesota Department of Transportation
(MnDOT) standard specifications, the City Engineers Association of Minnesota (CEAM)
standard specifications, Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee (EJCDC)
documents, and Supplementary General Conditions to the EJCDC, necessitate update of
the City of Shorewood Standard Specifications and Detail Plates for Street and Utility
Construction; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has updated the City of Shorewood Standard
Specifications and Detail Plates for Street and Utility Construction in accordance with the
MnDOT, CEAM, and EJCDC documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Mayor and City Cleric are hereby authorized and directed to adopt
the resolution accepting Standard Specifications and Detail Plates for Street and Utility
Construction for the City of Shorewood.
