1. REVIEW AGENDA
Huskins called the meeting open, recognizing there was not yet a quorum. Elsbernd arrived within a minute.
Huskins reviewed the agenda. The agenda was approved 6/0.
2. APPROVE JANUARY 21, 2016 MEETING MINUTES
Gagne moved, Hasek seconded, noting one change to page 2, paragraph 4, the portion of the sentence
that reads “…and that it will generate about 5 additional vehicles in the AM and PM at peak.”
should read “…and that it will generate about 25 additional vehicles in the AM and PM at peak.”
Motion approved 6/0

3. REVIEW IDEA/CONCEPT LIST
a. Review Advantages/Disadvantages
b. Prioritization of options
The committee reviewed the idea/concept list and finalized the list for preparation of the final report.
4. FINAL REPORT FORMAT
The final report will be prepared and distributed for review prior to presentation to the City
Council at a work session.
5. NEXT MEETING DATE
A date was not selected for another meeting at this time.
6. ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at approximately 6:45 PM.
