16-011WHEREAS, Notice of Public Hearing on the proposed partial vacation of a certain
drainage and utility easement in the City of Shorewood, Hennepin County, Minnesota, was
published in the Excelsior /Shorewood edition of the SUN-SAILOR NEWSPAPER on the 4th
and 1 lth days of February 2016 and in the LAMER NEWSPAPER on the 6t" and 13th days of
February 2016; and
WHEREAS, said Notice of Public Hearing was posted in three (3) locations in the City
of Shorewood; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Shorewood heard all interested parties on the
question of vacation at a Public Hearing on the 22nd day of February 2016, in the Council
Chambers at the City Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota, that the partial drainage and utility easement described in Exhibit A,
attached, be and hereby are vacated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Applicant shall record this resolution with the
Hennepin County Recorder or Registrar of Titles within thirty (30) days of the date of the
certification of this resolution.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 22nd day of
