A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF REAL PROPERTY
FOR TOM WARTMAN
WHEREAS, Tom Wartman (Applicant) is the owner of certain real property in
the City of Shorewood, legally described as:
"Lot 1, Block 10, HERITAGE, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota" and;
WHEREAS, the Applicant has applied to the City for a subdivision of said real property
into two parcels legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has agreed to grant to the City drainage and utility easements
legally described in Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the subdivision requested by the Applicant complies in all respects with the
Shorewood Zoning Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. The real property legally described herein be divided into two parcels, as legally
described in Exhibit A.
2. This approval is subject to the Applicant recording this resolution, together with
the drainage and utility easements legally described in Exhibit B, with the Hennepin County
Recorder or Registrar of Titles within thirty (30) days of the date of the certification of this
resolution.
3. The City Clerk will furnish the Applicants with a certified copy of this resolution
for recording purposes.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 9th day of
May 2016.

PARCEL 1: That part of Lot 10, Block 1, HERITAGE, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, lying westerly of a line to hereinafter be referred to as Line "A ". Said
line is described as commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 10; thence on an
assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 58 minutes 07 seconds East, along the north line of
said Lot 10, a distance of 124.95 feet to the point of beginning of said Line "A "; thence
South 01 degrees 05 minutes 04 seconds East a distance of 353.00 feet to the south line of
said Lot 10 and there terminating.
