RESOLUTION NO. 16 -042
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY "ON- SALE"
LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Shorewood City Code, Section 402 provides for the licensing of the sale
of liquor in the City; and
WHEREAS, said Code provides that an applicant shall complete an application, and
shall fulfill certain requirements concerning insurance coverage, and;
WHEREAS, the applicant has satisfactorily completed an application, and has fulfilled
the requirements for the issuance of an "on- sale" temporary liquor license;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
That a temporary license for "on -sale" liquor be issued to the Excelsior Fire Fighters
Relief Association, for its fundraising event on July 15, 2016 from 4:00 P.M. to
Midnight, at 24100 Smithtown Road. This license is approved for 3.2 Percent Malt
Liquor and Intoxicating Liquor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood that the
Temporary liquor license fee be waived.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Shorewood this 13th day of June,
2016.
