RESOLUTION NO. 16 -049
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT,
ORDERING THE PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
THE 2016 TRUNK WATERMAIN EXTENSION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 16 -04 (OPPIDAN)
WHEREAS, the Oppidan Shorewood Senior Living Facility development
requested the preparation of an Engineering Feasibility Report for the 2016 Trunk
Watermain Extension Project through petition for extension of watermain; and
WHEREAS, WSB & Associates, Inc. prepared the Feasibility Report which was
received and accepted by the City Council on June 27, 2016; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota:
Such improvement is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible as
detailed in the feasibility report.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the feasibility
report.
3. WSB is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
