RESOLUTION NO. 16 -050
A RESOLUTION APPROVING WORK ORDER 1 FOR
THE SMITHTOWN ROAD EAST SIDEWALK EXTENSION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 14 -10
WHEREAS, THE City of Shorewood Council awarded the contract for the
construction of sidewalk along the south side of Smithtowqn Road located between the
Lake Minnetonka Reginal Trail (LRT) and Country Club Road to S. M. Hentges, Inc. of
Jordan, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, Work Order 1 is necessary to construct the storm drainage system
and associated work; and
WHEREAS, Work Order 1 will increase the project construction costs in the
amount of $3,366.00, from the original contract amount of $769,873.00 to $773,239.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
Work Order 1 in the total amount of $3,366.00 is hereby approved.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD
