NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
sealed bids will be received by the City of
Shorewood, the City of Victoria, and the
City of Mirinetrista until 10:00 a.m.,
Thursday, April 28, 2016, at the
Shorewood City Hall, 5755 Country Club
Road, Shorewood, MN 55331, and will be
publicly opened and read at said time
and place by representatives of the
Cities of Shorewood, Victoria,
Minnetrista; and Excelsior. Said
proposals for the furnishing street main-
tenance materials and service for the
following improvements:

The bids must be submitted on the
Proposal Forms provided in accordance
with the Contract Docuunents, Plans and
Specifications dated March 28, 2016 by
WSB & Associates, Inc.; 477 Temperance
Street, St. Paul, MN 55107„ which are on
file with the City Administrator of
Shorewood and may be seen at the office
of the Consulting Engineers or at the
office of the City of Shorewood Adminis-
trator.

made payable to WSB & Associates, Inc.,

Bids will only be accepted fi�om
Contractors who purchase digital or
paper Bidding Documents as specified
above.
No bids will be considered unless
sealed and filed with the City of
Shorewood and accompanied by a cash
deposit, cashier's check, or certified
check, or bid bond made payable to the
City of Shorewood for five percent (5 %)
of the amount bid, to be forfeited as
gradated damages in the event that the
bid be accepted and the bidder fail to
enter promptly into a written contract
and furnish the regtrired bond.
The provisions of Minn. Stat, 160.285
Responsible Contractor are imposed as a
requirement of this contract. All bidders
and persons or conparues providing a
response /subrnission to the
Advertisement for Bids /RFP of the City
shall comply with the provisions of the
statute.
No bids may be withdrawn for a period
of iunety (90) days from the date of
opening of bids. The Cities of
Shorewood, Victoria, NI mietrista, and
Excelsior each reserve the right to reject
any or all bids.
