RESOLUTION NO. 17 -029
A RESOLUTION GRANTING AUTHORITY FOR CERTAIN AUTHORITIES FOR
THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD
WHEREAS, it has been the policy of the Shorewood City Council to make appointments
to complete certain duties and responsibilities on behalf of the city of Shorewood,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood
as follows:
That the following city employees are able to initiate and complete deposits, electronic deposits,
electronic transfers, and wire transactions on behalf of the City of Shorewood and in the course of
transacting business for the City of Shorewood:
Greg Lerud, City Administrator
Michelle Nguyen, Senior Accountant
Sandra Thone, City Clerk
While any one of the above are authorized to make those transactions, one of the other two must
countersign the transaction either before or as soon as practical after the transaction has been
completed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Shorewood City Council, that the following people are
authorized to be signers on the City checking account(s), and that any combination of two of the
named below must sign checks issued on behalf of the City of Shorewood:
Scott Zerby, Mayor
Greg Lerud, City Administrator
Michelle Nguyen, Senior Accountant
Sandra Thone, City Clerk
This Resolution shall become effective upon passage.
