RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH MN DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTAION FOR SIGNAL WORK AT MN TRUNK HIGHWAY 7 AND VINE
HILL ROAD
IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Shorewood enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 1027395 with
the City of Deephaven and the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the
following purposes:
To provide for payment by Shorewood to the State of Shorewood's share of the costs of the
Traffic Control Signal construction and other associated construction to be performed upon,
along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 7 at Vine Hill Road within the corporate City limits
under State Project No. 2706 -221 (T.H. 7 = 012) and to participate in the power, maintenance
and operation of said Traffic Control Signal.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Administrator are authorized to
execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
