RESOLUTION NO. I7 -044
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF REAL PROPERTY
FOR JAY AND DORIS VENERO
WHEREAS, Jay and Doris Venero (Applicants) are the owners of certain real
property in the City of Shorewood, legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a
part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have applied to the City for a subdivision of said real
property into two parcels legally described in Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a part hereof;
and
WHEREAS, the Applicants propose to convey the easterly parcel to Mattamy Homes,
LLC to legally combine with its Minnetonka Country Club 2„ d Addition final plat; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have agreed to grant to the City a right -of -way easement
legally described in Exhibit C, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have agreed to grant to the City drainage and utility
easements legally described in Exhibits D, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the subdivision requested by the Applicant complies in all respects with the
Shorewood Zoning Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. The real property legally described in Exhibit A be divided into two parcels, as
legally described in Exhibit B.
2. This approval is subject to the following conditions:
a. The easterly parcel as described in Exhibit B shall be conveyed to
Mattamy Homes, LLC for legal combination to its Minnetonka Country
Club 2nd Addition final plat.
b. The Applicants shall record this resolution, together with the right -of -way
easement legally described in Exhibit C and the drainage and utility
easements legally described in Exhibits D, with the Hennepin County
Recorder or Registrar of Titles within thirty (30) days of the date of the
certification of this resolution.
3. The City Clerk will furnish the Applicants with a certified copy of this resolution
for recording purposes.
