Neighborhood Meeting — Open House

The City Council authorized the preparation of an Engineering Feasibility Report for the street
improvements for the 2018 capital improvement plan that includes Riviera Lane, Shorewood Lane,
Mann Lane, and Maple Street. Prior to moving forward with the project design the City invites residents
to attend an informational meeting. Staff will provide information about the proposed project and
requests feedback from the neighborhood. The neighborhood meeting will be an open house meeting
so residents can attend at a time that works in their schedule.
The meeting is scheduled for:
DATE: THURSDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2017
TIME: 5:00 PM —7:00 PM
LOCATION: SHOREWOOD CITY HALL - IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS (5755 COUNTRY CLUB RD)
City Staff and WSB & Associates, Inc. will be in attendance to present information, answer your
questions, and gather your feedback about the project. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any
