A RESOLUTION TO ALLOW THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 301 WEST 62ND
STREET, VICTORIA, MN TO CONNECT TO THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD
SANITARY SEWER LOCATED IN THE LAKE VIRGINIA DRIVE RIGHT-OF-
WAY
WHEREAS, the property owner of 301 West 62nd Street, Victoria MN would like
to connect to municipal sanitary sewer service, and
WHEREAS, the City of Victoria does not have municipal sanitary sewer service
in close proximity to 301 West 62nd Street, Victoria MN, and
WHEREAS, the Cities of Shorewood and Victoria do not have an agreement in
place to allow such inter-city sewer connections to occur.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota authorizes the property located at 301 West 62nd Street, Victoria
MN to connect to the City sewer located within the Lake Virginia Drive right of way.
