A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PROPOSAL FOR SAFETY
CONSULTATION SERVICES, SAFEASSURE
CONSULTANTS, INC.
WHEREAS, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration
mandates that every employer have in place a safety training program and
comprehensive written safety policies; and
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood is committed to keeping their employees
trained and performing their job in a safe manner; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has solicited a proposal from
SafeAssure Consultants, Inc. and has found it to be in order.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood that the proposal provided for safety consultation services by SafeAssure
Consultants Inc., in the amount of $3,139.05 be approved.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this
