Current construction activity involves 4 roadways in Shorewood.
1. ROAD CLOSURE: Yellowstone Trail from Club Valley Road to Riviera Lane
2. PARTIAL CLOSURE: Shorewood Lane from CR 19 to Cul -de -sac
3. FUTURE ROAD CLOSURE: Mann Lane from Eureka Road (South) to Seamans Drive
4. FUTURE ROAD CLOSURE: Riviera Lane from Yellowstone Trail to Cul -de -sac
1. ROAD CLOSURE: Yellowstone Trail from Club Vallev Road to Riviera Lane
This roadway will be totally closed to through traffic starting today, July 24, 2018. While signs have been
erected over the last week, traffic has still been utilizing the route. As of today, the roadway will be closed
off. It is anticipated that this will be closed over the next two weeks.

2. PARTIAL CLOSURE: Shorewood Lane from CR 19 to Cul -de -sac
The bulk of this work involves stabilization of the drainage ravine along and behind the homes on the East side of
Shorewood Lane. The project also includes moving of the sanitary sewer main from the boulevard area to the
roadway, for the first 400 feet of Shorewood Lane (i.e. to just North of the Fire Station Driveway Entrance).
Crews will be in today, July 24, 2018, to reclaim Shorewood Lane. Materials will be ground up and placed back down
on the roadbed. Therefore, once it has been placed and compacted, traffic may resume as normal on this. Further
updates will follow once sanitary sewer construction commences.
