Current construction activity involves 5 roadways in Shorewood.
1. ROAD CLOSURE: Yellowstone Trail from Club Valley Road to Riviera Lane
2. CONSTRUCTION (CLOSURE NOT ANTICIPATED): Lake Linden Drive from TH 7 to Approx. 200 feet South of Maple
Street
3. FUTURE ROAD CLOSURE: Shorewood Lane from CR 19 to Cul -de -sac
4. FUTURE ROAD CLOSURE: Mann Lane from Eureka Road (South) to Seamans Drive
5. FUTURE ROAD CLOSURE: Riviera Lane from Yellowstone Trail to Cul -de -Sac
1. ROAD CLOSURE: Yellowstone Trail from Club Valley Road to Riviera Lane
This roadway has been closed to through traffic. Local residents were given notice through individual door
hangers delivered to their property and the installation of additional signage. It is anticipated that the closure
will continue through next week.

2. CONSTRUCTION (CLOSURE NOT ANTICIPATED): Lake Linden Drive from TH 7 to Approximately 200 feet
South of Maple Street
The Contractor will begin directionally drilling the watermain along Lake Linden Drive from TH 7 to
approximately 200 feet south of Maple Street on Tuesday, August 21, 2018, weather permitting. Construction
operations on Lake Linden Drive will require the use of flaggers to ensure motorists safe passage during
construction. Although the roadway will not be closed, motorists should expect delays.

3. FUTURE ROAD CLOSURE: Shorewood Lane from CR 19 to Cul -de -sac
This roadway is currently open & experiencing some construction activity (reclamation of the existing
bituminous surface in anticipation for construction). Construction of the sanitary sewer main (re-
alignment of the existing main to the center of the roadway just north of the fire department
entrance) is anticipated to begin the week of August 27t ", weather permitting. Stay tuned as
construction proceeds.
