WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood ( "City ") desires to redevelop Badger Park and has
spent considerable time and effort reviewing concept site plans and playground equipment; and
WHEREAS, the City must enter into a professional services agreement to complete the
final design and construction plans and provide construction management and observation
through completion; and
WHEREAS, the City reviewed a proposal for professional services from Loucks,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Shorewood hereby accepts the submitted estimate of $22,900 for professional services for the
redevelopment of the Badger Park playground area, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Administrator be hereby
authorized to execute an agreement with Loucks for the professional services outlined in the
proposal.
