RESOLUTION NO. 18 -085
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS
AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT FOR
THE 2017 INFLOW AND INFILTRATION ABATEMENT PROJECT,
CITY PROJECT 17 -16
WHEREAS, on December 11, 2017, the City of Shorewood entered into a
contract with Visu- Sewer, for the 2017 Inflow and Infiltration Abatement Project; and,
WHEREAS, the Contractor has substantially completed the project work and has
requested City acceptance of the project and final payment for the work performed and
documented to date; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection of the project and
recommends acceptance and final payment be made by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
The City hereby accepts the work completed pursuant to said contract and
authorizes final payment to the Contractor.
