A RESOLUTION TO ALLOW THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
21125 CHRISTMAS LANE, SHOREWOOD, MN TO CONNECT TO
THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN MUNICIPAL WATER, AND
APPROVE A WATER CONNECTION AGREEMENT WITH
JOSEPH N. SHNEIDER, 21125 CHRISTMAS LANE, PID 3511723440005
WHEREAS, the property owner of 21125 Christmas Lane, Shorewood, MN
would like to connect to municipal water, and
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood does not have municipal water in close
proximity to 21125 Christmas Lane, Shorewood, MN, and
WHEREAS, the City of Chanhassen has municipal water in close proximity to
21125 Christmas Lane, Shorewood, MN, and
WHEREAS, the Cities of Shorewood and Chanhassen do not have an agreement
in place to allow such inter -city water connections to occur, and
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood requires a Water Connection Agreement
with the party requesting the water connection from another municipality.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota authorizes the property located at 21125 Christmas Lane,
Shorewood, MN to connect to the City of Chanhassen water subject to the execution of
the Water Connection Agreement.
