09/14/2018 Construction Update Riviera Lane, Shorewood Lane, and Mann Lane Street and Utility Improvement Project Construction Update #8 /Ò©©;· 9Ý;· Contractor has completed the sanitary sewer installation and much of the storm sewer installation this week (week of th September 10) and has begun excavating and constructing the roadway. The Co construction operations on Saturday, September 15 th. Residents have been notified via door hanger in anticipation Saturday work. The Contractor has also begun connecting the directionally drilled (trenchless) watermain along TH 7 to Lake Linden Drive this week. CÒ·Ò©; 9Ý;· The Contractor is anticipated to continue constructing the roadw Shorewood Lane next week (week of September 17 th) and begin watermain construction along Riviera Lane, weather permitting. Extension of the newly installed watermain along Yellowstone Trail to Riviera Lane will require the intersection to be closed. The closure is anticipated to last one day and residents will be notified prior to the closure via th door hanger. The Contractor has ·;··zÝ;ä scheduled the closure for Wednesday, September 19, Þ;·w;© ¦;©z··zm. The Contractor will also continue open excavation installation o Drive, including the connection to the existing watermain locate Maple Street. The watermain connection will be completed within the boulevard of Lake Linden Drive. The roadway is not anticipated to be closed to traffic, but a flagman will be onsite directing traffiensure safe passage.
